The Iberia Parish Airport Authority oversees the operation of two air fields: LeMaire Memorial Airport in Jeanerette, and Acadiana Regional Airport (ARA,) a fully-certificated General Aviation Airport featuring an 8002-foot long, 200-foot wide concrete runway and fully-instrumented airfield.

Strategically positioned between the major markets of Houston and New Orleans, ARA currently has 1,200 prime acres available for development of the Airport Industrial Park.

Currently, ARA is home to more than 1,750 employees and 50 companies, including Air Logistics, AvEx, Carbo Ceramics, and Aggreko.

The airport features direct rail access, a 5,000-foot water runway for amphibious aircraft and a rail-to-truck offloading facility.
